Database Constructs has released , an update to the practice management software for the medical profession. Version 4 adds support for Mac OS X Tiger and a new double-entry accounting module that is fully integrated with patient charging and accounts receivable. Revenue may now be tracked for the providing physician or department (using your own defined Chart of Accounts), and can be viewed using the General Ledger report for any given date range. Version 4 also features an updated database engine that improves speed, has fault tolerant crash/recovery technology, offers automatic client updates (for client/server version), automatically registers as a Mac OS X service, and much more.
