Climacs, why is it then that 9 of the top ten states when comparing who gives the most to charity per capita are all red states? Why do these states consistently rate at the top of the list even though they are also consistently the poorest in the union? I have no doubt that liberals do care about people. I may disagree with their politics but I don't question their humanity. However the evidence clearly shows that not only do conservatives also care but are also willing to do something about helping their fellow man despite their own poverty.
Perhaps climbing out of your ivory tower for a short while to survey the real world is in order, don't you think?

He took time out of his day to call this guy who just lost his kid. Theres no doubt he checked to see if he should have first but I truly believe he did this out of his own volition and caring. IMHO
