Worcester iPod party

iPod-Party.org.uk has announced an on Worcester's favorite riverboat "The Pride of the Midlands," taking place July 8th. According to organizers, the party is the first ever U.K. iPod Party to be held outside of London. "Simply bring your iPod or other MP3 player along loaded with a three track playlist and when your turn comes you get to make your way to the decks and jack your white and chrome beauty into our sound system and share your tunes with the rest of the boat." Organizers have teamed up with iPodX.co.uk to bring "loads of great prizes including iSkins, T-shirts, iPod Shuffles and Altec Lansing inMotion speakers." There's a free drink for everyone that brings an iPod or other MP3 player to the party.

"We're going to be giving away loads of prizes and there's going to be more than one way to win! The first way to win is to be one of our party judges. At the start of the night we're going to pick three people from the guest list to be our judges. As a judge we'll ply you with free champagne all night and in return you have to pick your three fave DJ's of the night."

"The best three DJ's of the night will get an iPodX T-shirt to take away and a choice of iPod Skins. The Third way to win a prize is to enter our raffle. Prizes for the raffle include iTunes music vouchers, an iPod Shuffle and Altec Lansing inMotion speakers!"
