Someone had to say it
Quicktime is crashing on me each time I try the WWDC keynote stream. Any thoughts? (system's on a brand-new clean Tiger install)
Mine crashed too. 2 different Macs with Tiger and QT7 Pro.
QT 7.0.1, and X.3.9
gets about 5 seconds into it, then boom, gone. unexpectedly quits.
can't even get it to play on my Lombard Powerbook. I get the first frame, and thats it. No audio either. Thats 10.3.9, and QT 6 something... not sure.
Something isn't right....
I'm seeing the same as abive, and when it does play the first 30 seconds, it stutters and jumps.
I was having the same problem with QT 701, OSX 10.4.1 on a g3 ibook 800, and not just with the keynote but with other qt movies as well. On a fw disk I installed 10.3 with qt 6.4, restarted on the new system and watched the whole keynote flawlessly.
....lame. at least a video would be more interesting.
H.264, 640 x 360, I can finally see all the things Steve is showing! I love it already
Sure there's a G5 PB coming...
