SearchBlox for OS X


Searchblox Software has released its for Mac OS X, which delivers out-of-the-box search functionality for corporate websites, intranets and portals. The Java-based solution offers flexibility and ease of customization, allowing companies to implement search functionality that seamlessly integrates with the core website. Users can use XSL style sheets for customization and index common document formats, including PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and RTF documents. It features a browser-based SearchBlox Admin Console for managing the software as well as built-in tools to index content on public websites, secure websites and file systems (in any of 30 languages). A free version can index up to 1000 documents. Pricing starts at $200.
