Nuendo 3.1 update
Steinberg Media Technologies today unveiled the latest version of its professional media production system the 118th AES Convention in Barcelona, Spain. 3.1 features an ID Controller by WK Audio and the Nuendo Time Base synchronizer with the integrated Nuendo DTS and Dolby Digital Encoder plug-ins. Version 3.1 provides new features and capabilities for professionals working in post production for film and television, including new Audio Pull Up/Down functions, support for HDTV frame rates, support for Marker Tracks, and an Online Merge function for combining networked projects with local ones. Nuendo 3.1 can also interface with Euphonix hardware utilizing the EuCon protocol. It will be available in July 2005.
