story I want thinksecret and powerpage to burn in h***. This people aren't journalists, they're parasites.
Worse, this only reinforces my suspicion of traditional news media as well. Journalism requires more than just publishing protected, proprietary information passed on to you from an "anonymous" source.
The people who signed the NDA contract (or whatever it is called) with Apple are the law breakers.
If Coke employees, who signed contracts with Coke to not tell it's corporate secrets, gave the recipe of Coke to the newspaper and the newspaper published those secrets, would Coke not go after those employees?
They lost their right to privacy when they signed the NDA (or whatever it is called) If you can't keep a secret, don't sign a piece of paper saying you will.
point that I've deleted my bookmark to Little Master Ciarelli's site. He went way too far in my opinion and has continued with increased momentum ever since. He can pull the silver spoon out of his mouth and guess where to put it.

I don't believe it! Journalists and bloggers support another blogger over their rights to report. I'm just shocked! Next thing you know, someone's going to tell me that companies like Intel and MS support Apple's position!
What a wasteful use of bandwidth (even on MacNN). Of course they support them. why? Because if it were ruled that this episode wasn't covered, they'd actually have to go out and do work and investigate as well as report, rather than just wait for someone to sneak them some information.
The world is coming to an end!!!111 Somebody is supporting people who reveal secrets that harm NOBODY!!!!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
1.Corporations are considered as inidividuals by law, so yes someone gets harmed.
2. You're obviously too much of a moron to realize that behind that corporation, there are shareholders, which get affected by the criminal's activities.
3. The little boy at thingsecret.com is insulting all other real, legitimate journalists (you know, the kind that DON'T break the law to report stories?) by calling itself a journalist and by trying to hide behind protections meant for REAL journalists.
By what completely warped version of reality do you think that giving away information about products in development is not harming anyone? Don't they teach anything about economics and corporate R&D in Jr. High School anymore?
