    Apple has lots to do...

...on the less glamorous 'nuts n' bolts' - java, isync, mail, document import (pages & appleworks) and to kick the butts of intuit for one, to put out some accounting software that offers such basics as bank download & import capability and ideally a really great timer for per diem work...

I can do my work but I can't easily or reliably manage contact info, web info or bill for it...

    How true ....

The Henrico school district should read what this author writes in his blog .... http://www.securityawareness.blogspot.com/

They might have second thoughts about dumping the Mac for a Dell solution.

    God...

What a sniveling [whiner] this guy is! I have one problem on my Mac and now my "illusions are shattered"? Give me a break, weenie! I'm sure that Spotlight was indexing this new load of p*** that he was uploading, and if he had just been patient, it would have worked fine - but no, he has to make a federal case on how the Mac is just as bad as Windoze? Give me an effin' break.

    2 DAYS!

That is the most powerful statement in the whole story, having switched his entire office to Macs in 2 Days. We've been moving our Office to Wintel Boxes (Because of AutoCAD) and we are now in Year 5 of the transistion and the Wintel IT guys still can't upgrade anyone's computer without first losing all of their email.
