If they start charging someone who's not pirating a tax to pay for piracy... then I guess that means that the record industry is giving the green light for everyone to go ahead and download music from the peer to peer networks... I mean, if they're charging a tax for all the music that's getting shared on the networks, you're paying for it. If you're paying for it, then it's not stealing! Right?
