Eovia ships Hexagon

Eovia has released its new innovative 3D modeling software: , an 3D polygonal modeler for artists and illustrators, is dedicated to the creation of 3D models and realistic or imaginary characters (as well as producing technical objects). It offers free choice between many working techniques such as free polygonal modeling, subdivision surfaces, constructions and handling of surfaces and volumes. The company says the software is accessible for both beginners as well as seasoned professionals via an evolutionary interface that helps from first steps through more sophisticated numerical art creations. Hexagon is available for $250 before an introductory discount of $80 available through the end of May. During the same period, owners of Carrara or Amapi can purchase it for $100 ($70 off).
