Other World Computing has announced several price reductions on its popular processor upgrades. Prices have been reduced by as much as $40 on the upgrades, with pricing starting at $195 for the 933MHz-1GHz model.
The updated pricing is as follows:
Each Mercury Extreme G4 includes 256KB of 1:1 L2 cache on-chip and 2MB of high-speed L3 Cache, and is covered by OWC's three-year limited warranty and 30-day 100 percent money-back guarantee. All models are compatible with Apple PowerMac G4 AGP Graphics (Sawtooth), Gigabit Ethernet, Digital Audio and Quicksilver models, and with Mac OS 9 or Mac OS X.
