Bluetooth Burton jacket
Burton has introduced a new designed for both iPod and cell phone users. The snowboard jacket, developed in conjunction with Motorola, offers a control panel at the wrist, caller ID and headphones in the hood. Boarders can carry their iPod in the wired top pocket as well as a cell phone in the Bluetooth pocket for complete control of both through the jacket controls. Burton, however, doesn't recommend snowboarding with music, saying that "Kids are doing it with or without us, so we've made it easier. But we don't recommend that people ride with music on the slopes." The jacket is due in November 2005 for $500.
