Wolf Software has released , an update to its software for creating common linear and 2D barcodes as EPS and high resolution raster images. Barcode Generator is fully scriptable via Apple Script to allow the automatic creation of barcodes and the generation of sequential barcodes. The latest version adds a dedicated dialog for output options and new output formats. Additionally, the user interface has been simplified and the manual and help system have been improved. Barcode Generator now comes in two editions: the standard edition at $80 will create all linear barcodes (EAN, UPC, Bookland), while the enterprise edition at $250 will also create the 2D barcodes PDF417 and Datamatrix.
