    How did Apple manage to pull this off, getting a Beetle song on iTMS while still in litigation with Apple Corps? Hopefully, the first of many.

    And John was overrated.

    And that's not a Beatle's song in the sense the beatle's are singing it, only that they wrote it. Publishing rights to the song are owned by Michael Jackson (who bought the whole thing up 20 years ago). You'll find lots of other covered Beatle's music on iTMS as well.
