i really miss him when he used to write for MacWorld. His articles were always so well written and entertaining. i'm glad he still writes about Apple from time-to-time.
Renaissance the Apple distributor also runs three other companies all of which build and sell windows PCs/servers to the education and consumer markets (http://www.renaissance.co.nz/default.htm) - conflict of interest anyone?
It's about time Apple kicked Renaissance out of the loop and set up a real presence here, to save costs run it from Australia.

remember "soundjam?"
it used to keep a specific shuffle order and if you didnt like it you could reshuffle. but it would not repeat songs like iTunes and iPods do. it would stop at a track when you paused or stopped it, then it would restart at that same track later keeping the shuffle order intact. this has been making me nuts since itunes came out.
