Mien Software today released , an application for simple movie editing. It offers an easy-to-use Project Organizer with unlimited levels of undos, an action history, non-destructive editing to quickly revert any step, direct-video painting, all-in-one editor (edits image, video, and audio), many transitions/filters, and support for many formats. Other features include pan/zoom/rotate of both video and still images, export/import from a DV camera, QuickTime-enabled export, stop-motion capture, onion skinning, audio waveform editing, a 'clip shelf' and more. The full versionis $60, while upgrades are $30 for a limited time.
