Dension Audio Systems on Friday introduced what it calls the "World's first" iPod integration system for Mercedes Benz ($400) cars with fiber optic audio interfaces. The , has dual mode operation, utilizes the iPod as an auxiliary vehicle display surface and is 'future-proof' with upgradeable firmware and a modular design. ice>Link is available for many other brands also, including Audi, Acura, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, Saab, and Volvo, as well as many other Ford, Volkswagen, and GM cars.
