Apple plans to launch an by March 2005, bringing according to The Nihon Keizai newspaper: "Apple aims to offer more than 100,000 songs with an emphasis on Japanese music at its iTunes Music Store, which is expected to be the largest music download service in Japan. Consumers would be able to buy songs from the virtual store, download them onto their computers and then transfer the songs to their iPod players."

How about Philippines? There are a lot of popular artist here who are fond with iPod and very open about it. It would be a great marketing strategy in rekindling the Apple market here.
