Steve Jobs to keynote Macworld SF Expo

Jobs to keynote MWSF


IDG World Expo today announced that Apple CEO Steve Jobs will deliver the opening keynote address for on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. Macworld SF will be held at San Francisco's Moscone Convention Center January 10-14, 2005. "This is the biggest Macintosh community event of the year and we're looking forward to a great show," said David Korse, president & CEO of IDG World Expo. "We are thrilled that Steve is going to kick off another exciting Macworld with a keynote address."     Wow! A totally unexpected move! I can't believe they were able to get him for this. I mean, the guy's a virtual recluse. He never shows up for these types of things.

    Man, I'm getting my tickets now, because if Steve's going to be there, you know they're announcing EVERYTHING that we've heard rumors of, G5 powerbooks, headless iMacs, Tiger's release, Radiohead on the iTMS (and you can purchase individual songs - woot!). dual-processor dual-core PowerMacs, and the iPod maxi (the 1TB RAID iPod - it rocks, in more ways then one!).

    Man, I'm wetting myself in excitement (at least I hope that's my own urine....)
