Amazon to launch iPod store

Online retailer and Apple Reseller, Amazon.com, is in the process of deploying a on its Web site, AppleInsider reports. Although the store is not yet fully operational, a link obtained by the publication suggests that the store will carry a full array of iPods, iPod minis, and accessories. Amazon officials were unable to provide a precise a date for an official launch, but confirmed that customer may purchase existing items through the new store.
