ADTX offers 400GB SATA drives for up to 6TB RAID

ADTX today announced certification and availability of new 400GB SATA drives in its . The L Series RAID system combines a 2Gb Fibre Channel or Ultra SCSI interface with Serial ATA (SATA) drive interface technology and state-of-the-art ADTX-specific features to create a platform-independent solution for demanding storage needs. ADTX offers both a value-oriented Standard Performance model as well as a High Performance model, which uses large amounts of high-speed memory and a special ADTX RAID controller design that incorporates a parity generating coprocessor.
The L Series RAID systems are available in single-RAID controller model and a dual-RAID controller models as well as hardware-based failover (with the dual-RAID setup) as well as offers Instant Copy (hardware-based), Remote Mirroring (hardware-based) and PathCruise Software (multiple path failover and load balancing) options for enhanced data redundancy. The L Series models are available in capacities up to 6TB in a single chassis. Pricing was not available.
