Symantec to ship updated Norton CDs later this month

Despite confirmation with Symantec and a posting on the company's website, readers report problems obtaining the , as reported earlier this week. The updated Norton Utilities 8.02 and Norton System Works 3.01 CDs will not be available until later this month, according to Symantec support. Readers are directed to call a different number (888.265.4922)--not the one originally quoted on Symantec's Website, but are being told that they can not place orders for the disks until September 20th.
