As for me, I'm thrilled. I only caught part of the First Lady's speech last night, and now I've got the whole thing, and I can listen to it whenever I please. Thank you, Apple, for providing this service!
Alright, now the lies of the right to counter the lies of the left. If only the speeches actually were of any sort of substance to any of these conventions. But as it is, its just canned speeches and soundbites for TV and the yak-yak-yak cable "news" networks, and venom spewing to rally the far left or or right of their party.
Of course I'm sure the debates (if there are any) will be the same sort of c***. God forbid we allow any sort of real discussion of the issues that face the country.

PS. The RNC con isn't over yet so I won't comment on any speeches except to say two things:
1. That if they make the Bush Twins speech available, I AM GETTING THAT ONE. It was a classic.
2. Every American -- particularly those planning to vote for Bush -- should listen to Barack Obama's DNC speech.
Does anyone know of another place to download the speeches besides iTMS? I'm in Japan, and even tho the downloads are free, I still can't have them.
