Kensington debuts Laptop Desktop USB for notebooks

Kensington last week introduced the , the latest product in its line notebook accessories. It designed for notebooks 16" and smaller, it allows users to convert their mobile PC into a slim desktop computer, complete with a screen that is automatically raised for optimal viewing and ergonomic comfort. It features a 4-port USB 2.0 hub, an adjustable screen height, and both tilt and swivel features. A curved back and padded insert ensure constant ventilation and secure fit, while enclosure offers protection from spills; it also offers a built-in copyholder and a VESA mounting plate to attach to monitor arms, wall mounts and cubicle hangers. It will be available this week for $110 ($80 street price).
