    Lead time

Don't believe the quoted lead times.

I was quoted 2-3 weeks in February for my iPod Mini and I just received it Monday (July 19) 23 weeks later.

They must be quoting dog weeks.

London Drugs out here in downtown Vancouver had a pile of minis (at least 10-12 units, if not more) in the stockroom last Friday night. They might be gone now, but stores definitely did have some on the shelves...

    Not to gloat...

...but my girlfriend ordered one when it was announced that they were available in the UK, about a month ago - and she's just had notification that it's shipped today, 2 days earlier than expected.

Maybe it was because she wanted pink...

    Hitatchi drives

I read not to long ago that was Hitatchi to double it's HD manufacturing capacity. Anyone remember when this was supposed to take place?

    picked one up yesterday!

Lost my silver MINI in Costa Rica last month. Insurance check came yesterday, and on a whim I stopped by an Apple store to see how long the wait would be for a replacement. Lo and behold, they had one green and one pink. Snagged the green one, and am a very happy guy!!

    Got one in stock

Hey, we're a very small Apple Authorized Reseller (traditional mom 'n' pop deal) and we've got one iPod mini blue in stock!
I ordered them when they were first announced, and just slightly over estimated the local market. I don't expect to sell it locally now, so first come, first served. (US addresses only, sorry)
