Concepts 3D includes an integrated collection of advanced curve, surface, and solid modeling tools--both traditional curve, surface, and solid modeling as well as deformation and warping technology, such as bend, stretch, twist, and deform NURB bodies (independent of design history). Concepts 3D uses the industry-standard ACIS R13 geometry kernel from Spatial that facilitates the precise sharing of design information using SAT, IGES, STEP, and DXF/DWG file formats. Concepts 3D is $900 (or $100 for education customers).



Concepts 2D is a design, drafting and technical illustration package that provides a versatile collection of drafting methods and annotation
tools. These tools make Concepts 2D the ideal solution for producing simple
sketches or fully dimensioned production ready drawings. CSi says that it is one of the industry’s first standalone 2D drafting tools that can "handle 3D parts and assemblies in a meaningful manner." It can automatically create precise
wireframe and hidden line drawings from a 3D component or assembly with just a few mouse clicks and also provides support for creation of detail, section, and auxillary views. Users can also utilize built-in intelligent annotation tools. Concepts 2D is $500 (or $50 for education customers).
