Well the digital radio thing is interesting. I have Sirius and, one, I would never even be bothered to go to the trouble to record, convert, trim, and type meta data. Second, the quality is far from CD-quality, and I do know that even the digital FM stations still have FM attributes, Sirius, with its own receiver, still has digital artifacts because they compress there streams just a tad too much and I know XM is the same way. Anyone who wants a song would be much more likely to rip a cd, which can be queried with CDDB, and ripped directly to a file without any of the other inconveniences the other ideas pose. The RIAA is just going to keep adding things for some BS "protection" that in the end will hurt us and everything we as Americans stand for, FREEDOM (to do what we want).

Nintendo doesn't suck because of their technology, they suck because their games are terrible and they are perceived as being a kiddie-oriented company. Nintendo first needs to change their image of being a company that makes kiddie games, before they even start worrying about the fact that PC gaming makes console gaming obsolete.

No, Nintendo doesn't suck. With games like Zelda, Metroid, Mario Kart you can't say that. Just because they don't pander to the frustrated male set doesn't mean they only make "kiddie games"

are these morons gonna make trouble each time someone come up with a new WAY of delivering music? 20 years ago they wanted to prohibit the VCR and the like, but it was decided that we can legally record something playing on tv or radio for personal use.

now they use the same FM radio but oh! now it's illegal! It doesn't matter if it's analog, digital, optical or even in braille or morse, the song is still the same song!
