alan kay is one of the hoopiest froods on the planet.

steve can't possibly lose money selling rare real estate in CA - so just sell it to someone who will preserve it and get something else.

Might be harder than you think. People want to be able to mess with their own property.

So the place was built by some architect. Big fat hairy deal. If it doesn't meet the needs of it's current owner, bring on the bulldozer.

    s**** this!

I'm going to BestBuy and get me a high-quality at a low price Gateway. You don't see anyone caring about Gateway buildings being torn down. That's because they know their historical value, unlike some CEOs.

    get's what he deserves

Hey -- he supports socialist(-lite) politcians like Kerry and Clinton. When local politicians of the same ilk harass him, suddenly he is big on private property ownership. Steve is getting what he deserves.
