Earthlink has increased downlink by 2X and lowered uplink to 1/3.
If you upload large files frequently as I do, this is not a good deal!
Most people do a lot more downstream stuff than upstream stuff, so its a better deal for them.
Funny thing is, I checked to see if I could get DSL in my neighborhood, but it says its unavailable. Funny, because I already have it.

IE Windows only?

I assume this is only about the Windows version. Got me worried a bit since I still have to use IE on my Mac for those stubborn sites.
It is worth noting since many of us use a Windows machine, too.
