Mekanica Software has released ($30) for Mac OS X. Formation is a personal information organizer that combines lists, notes, contacts, calendar, media browsers, scrapbook, smartlinks, and more, within an innovative customizable interface. Formation can create up to 14 custom columns, each with its own column type. Column types include text, text with icon, check box, pop-up menus, priority, date, and password. Each item within a list has its own notepad with the option of unlimited pages.
