Nikon debuts Coolpix 4100
Nikon today introduced the , a 4-megapixel camera that boasts Scene Assist and Blur Warning, PictBridge, and in-camera cropping functions as well as a 3x optical Zoom-Nikkor lens, 14.5MB of internal memory, SD card compatibility, 15 different scene modes, a panorama assist mode, macro shooting (1.6"), voice memos (20 sec) Nikon's Best Shot Selector, three movie modes (up to 640x480 at 30fps), USB connectivity, and video out for displaying photos directly to a TV. The Nikon Coolpix 4100 incorporates PictureProject, a new software package aimed at creating a simple, intuitive and seamless photographic experience. It will ship this summer with a wrist strap, USB cable, video cable, Li-ion rechargeable battery and quick charger for $300.
