This latest offering extends the company's award winning slim drive lineup to now provide users with 4X DVD-R write speed in a slim line form factor that measures less than one-half inch in height, weighs about one pound, and includes both USB 2.0 and FireWire (bus-powered) interfaces. In addition to writing and reading DVD-R (4x/6x), DVD+R (2.4x/6x), DVD-RAM (2x/2x), DVD-RW, (2x/6x) DVD+RW (2.4x/6x), CD-R (16x/32x) and CD-RW (8x/24x) discs, the Multi Drive can also play DVD-ROM (12x), DVD-Video, DVD-Audio and CD-ROM (32x) discs.
