SubRosaSoft debuts VolumeWorks for managing volumes

SubRosaSoft today released VolumeWorks 1.0, a Mac OS X utility that enables a user to resize and manage partitions (volumes) on hard drives without destroying the data on the drive. It allows users to resize partitions on-the-fly without erasing them, supports virtually any volume (ATA, SCSI, FireWire, and USB), includes a streamlined UI, can hide partitions for privacy, and offers custom Icons for newly created partitions. VolumeWorks is $50 and runs on Mac OS X 10.2 or later. A CD version is $60 (plus shipping).
