Apple Japan No. 2

Apple Japan took in Nikkei BP Consulting's annual after-sales services survey, according to NE Asia Online: "Apple Japan Inc went up to second place from last year's sixth place in the personal computers category, reducing the customer satisfaction points between Dell to 12.5 points from more than 30 points last year. Meanwhile, Apple took an entirely different approach from Dell [with its 24-hour, 365-day phone support]. Its big move was to offer face-to-face service at "Apple Store, Ginza," Apple's first retail store in Japan that opened in November 2003."

    WOW!

If ever there was a misleading headline, this one takes the cake. Watch me get censored again. This place is getting to be like Stalinist Russia with its censorship.

They should clarify that as to avoid premature hysteria. Nice to see improvements regardless I guess.
