    some sarcasm...

Yea, spymac offers 1GB email, but they are a mac related site, so they obviously aren't the first.

    Spymac

Spymac has offered 1 GB mail to windows or Mac since April 5. They were not prepared at all for the response however, and service is spotty and very very slow so far. It seems about 100,000 Chinese surfers signed up right away. They have also been very upfront in stating that they ignore ALL complaints except those from paying customers. Be warned.

    SpyMac

Yeah, I've been seriously disappointed by SpyMac's performance. It sometimes takes tweleve hours for email to come in or be sent.

I won't be using their service for any time-sensitive messages, to be certain. I'll be waiting for GMail's launch.

    time-sensitive

I just wouldn't use email at all for time-sensitive messages.

I mean I do, of course, but you can't rely on it. Things just randomly seem to get delayed now and again. Not usually, but too often.
