    Gmail privacy...

okay, hang on... how can Gmail violate right to privacy when a.) it doesn't even EXIST as a consumer-available service yet and b.) it would be the consumer's choice to use the service...

i can understand people getting mad when a service reserves the right to change their terms of agreement in mid-stream, but this service was almost an april fool's joke just a few days ago... isn't this type of "privacy watchdoggery" a bit premature???

    VoIP - Waist of bandwidth

Sure VoIP is great for those who don't want to pay phone bills, but what a waist of bandwidth. When VoIP hits the collages watch the backbone slow to a snail's crawl. It's worse enough on holidays already... and at lunch time, dinner time etc....

I doubt the infrastructure can handle the expected bandwidth use in the next few years without a serious upgrade .... excluding VoIP users.

    GMail Complaint

I don't understand how you can lodge a complaint with the authorities over something that doesn't exist. If they have issues, then at this point the best place to vent them is with Google.

Look who is in the White House (and all the corporate CEOs pulling his strings)...how can you ask that question?

Well, being a separate continent and country, their laws are different. As such, what is legal here may not be legal there, and vice versa.

Geesh, thought that was kinda obvious.

    Why Complain?

Why complain over something that does not exist yet? Because it's easier to fix something before it's released into the wild.

    What time is it?

As I have heard from somebody in the know, Dell shops for their components daily to get the cheapest price. It would be possible they just got a price break on their parts. However, people should realize they often don't get the same parts inside if they buy on different days. So, you pay for it in quality. That's why I like to call them Packard Dell.

On the other hand, they are not worried about purchasers calling up and saying, "Hay, I just bought this! I want the difference back". So, maybe they haven't sold as many as they are trying to portray.

    I give'em 7 months.

    Corporate CEOs

Yeah the ones that got away with massive corruption until Bush got _into_ the White House. Bush isn't perfect, there's lots of things you can fire at him on but please try and be a little factual. This 1st year college stuff about Halliburton and oil and corporate interests, it's completely baseless as you know and getting old.

Complain about his open check book or some other thing based in fact, not the fantasy stuff.
