AppleCenter in Singapore

A new may open in Singapore's Pacific Plaza, according to a report in The Straits Times: "Bigger than the three existing Apple Centres here, it will be a 'complete concept' store, modelled along the chain of Apple stores in the United States and Japan, sources told The Straits Times yesterday. The store will be run by a third-party reseller because Apple Computer does not operate retail outlets on its own outside the US. Other offerings in the works are a Web cafe and a training school."
