    Game Creativity

Yeah, the game brain zone is pretty dry. FPS after FPS. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz How many mazes can you navigate and monsters can you kill and stay intersted OR awake?!?!?

How about a decent, simple flight sim. The military sims like F/A-18 Hornet or A-10 Attack were great, but required a big time investment to become proficient. Something like the old Hellcats or a similar WWII era sim, but with up to date graphics and sounds!

    Sub Battle Simulator

I miss playing one of my favorite games ever, Sub Battle Simulator, on my Apple IIgs. Such a good game.

Also, Silent Service and Drumbeat were good games.

I still like the original Unreal Tournament best.

    Merom?

I find it interesting that Merom backwards is more M. I thought intel was trying to stop pushing performance through megahertz.

    re: Merom

Hmmm...I know it's just a code name, but it sounds pretty lame to me. Following your observation, perhaps Intel should rename the chip Norom.

    Sad

That we live in a world with over 8 sequels to Street Fighter and only one sequel to Crazy Climber...
