Get it straight. It is Weapons Of Mass Destruction-Related Program Activities, or WMDRPA for short.
That acronym was just waiting for someone to recognize the juxtaposition of the R and P, insert an I and an E in the appropriate spots and send most readers into a tizzy. My votes would be for "Iraqi" and "Engineering."
