...tuning in late, Macnn just edited the headline. Up until a minute ago it read: "Forbes: Apple forth most admired in industry"
This information should clarify the sacrcastic/snide remarks in the first few posts.
Dell more admired than Apple. I don't know why...perhaps the people calling in outnumbered those calling in about admiring Apple only because there are more Dell than Apple users. But that says the statistics are skewed. If they took a percentage of Mac users surveyed who liked Apple, and percentage of Dell users who liked Dell I think the statistics would have been different, and in favor of Apple.
There's nothing to admire - they make s***. Nothing to admire about that. They are a 2 bit operation making knockoffs of a commodity product. How can that be admired?
Should we admire Skechers for knocking off other designers' (Diesel, Kenneth Cole, Steve Madden etc.) styles? Or admire Payless for knocking off Skechers?

WAL-MART! what the f*&k is wrong with this country? has there ever been a worse company when it comes to workers rights/compensation? ok, they used to make you work 15 hour days for pennies. wal-mart would like to see those days return!

This was a Forbes poll, those folks probably admire Dell for the reasons quoted above. It is all about profit.
