Prince Alwaleed bin Talal held a , including Apple CEO Steve Jobs, in which he was briefed on Apple's strategic plans: "Apple believes music will remain the key consumer interest, Jobs added. He said that the partnership with Hewlett Packard (HPQ) on the iPod proved to be an excellent venture." Alwaleed, who is an investor in HP and has a "substantial" stake in Apple, also met with Sun CEO Scott McNealy and Priceline's chairman Rick Braddock.
