4Peaks DNA sequence viewer


Mek & Tosj has released , a program that help molecular biologists to visualize and edit their DNA sequence files under Mac OS X. 4Peaks supports most commonly used sequence file formats right out of the box, direct access to both sequence and translation, the ability to edit and correct the sequence, export functions (text or FASTA files), searching for a sequence or translation, and more. The freeware runs on Mac OS X 10.2.6.
