How about just typical greedy company. I guess the European companies are altruistic and respectful of all. I hate US bashers, as they only care about bashing and not the truth, which is what they have to look at in the mirror every morning but conveniently ignore.
I find it interesting that in the entire CNET article, there's absolutely NO mention of MS.
In fact, the only "name dropping" done whatsoever is in this little clip...

MicroSoft should be sued like any other company that produces a product inherently defective, as in Firestone SUV tires, Baby Car Seats, etc. It is nothing but a flaw in the operating software that allows viruses to cause damages. If the engine of your car dies because the defective gasket between your oil and your coolant leaks , then you are qualified for replacement, reimbursement, or can join other owners for a class action lawsuit. If your business installs a Trane heating system, and in the middle of winter it fails, causing your business to close, you have the right to sue Trane for installing a defective heating system. Can I get any clear than this? MicroSoft would sue you if you failed to pay your MSN bill!
