G5 Skateboard, G5 Roof

Dr. Bott announced it is now shipping G5 Skateboard and G5 Roof. The all-metal offers additional storage on the top of a Power Mac G5 by inserting an aluminum mesh between the handles of the G5 to create a flat surface for storing other items on top of the machine. It is now shipping for $75.

    Umm

These have got to be some of the dumbest products I've ever seen. $130 for some metal balls because you're too lazy to lift the machine, even though it's got big fat handles on the top of it? $75 because you can't reach down exactly 2 more inches to where you've put stuff on the already-functional top of the G5?

Next up from Dr. Blott: a bigger power button on the front of the machine for only $100. It's a steal.

    lol.

    Knock

$100 off the price and then it might be a good product. Why do 3rd party mac companies think that every mac user has cash to burn? These exorbitant prices just promote the elitist attidutes that PC people think we have.

-- This is a public service annoucement --

f*** MacNN and their f****** Windows Mobile ad. Last thing I want to see is a f****** ad for MS s*** that doesn't even work on a mac on a mac site.

    -- Have a nice day! --
