will ship later this month with a new "dashboard" for technicians, which provides instant access to key metrics about cases and performance for each user. The J2EE web-based technical support and Help Desk solution offers a comprehensive scalable support infrastructure for organizations. A new LiveTime ACN program offers dedicated, customized evaluation versions for periods up to a month to qualified prospects.
