KnowledgeBox for Xserve

digital learning system on Apple's Xserve. KnowledgeBox is the first K-6 Digital Learning System for reading/language arts, math, science and social studies. Using digital media that engages and challenges students, KnowledgeBox supports a wide range of teaching and learning styles in the classroom, from direct instruction to small-group activities and independent work.

Using age-appropriate voiceovers, clever themes, and peer-friendly guides, KnowledgeBox delivers dynamic video, interactive games, text resources, and multimedia lessons. The program's intuitive design and simple navigation make it easy for educators to integrate robust, meaningful content into their curricula. Educations can view and select multimedia components organized by theme or subject, build custom lessons to meet specific state and national standards, and archive lessons for future access. Students can use KnowledgeBox to conduct independent research, collaborate on class projects, or create multimedia presentations.
