Most of us in this area..

... spell "McClain" McLean. And Montgomery Mall is 30 minutes away in really bad traffic. It's about 10 otherwise.

    Will be nice

For those of us in NW DC/Montgomery County.. Towson = a long way, and despite teh previous poster, is there any OTHER kind of traffic during normal business hours? From the CT or Georgia Ave exits to the beltway, the fastest I can get to Tyson's, find parking, and get into the Apple store is about 35-40 minutes. More like an hour if I'm dumb enough to try to go right when I get off work.

    New Apple Store

    Hi!

The Tysons Corner Apple store is a quarter mile from me, and I can tell you that the town is called McLean, not McClain.

    Regards,
    Anthony

    interesting location

Although Montgomery Mall is among the more upscale malls in the area, I wouldn't consider it up there with Tyson's Corner or the Market Common. Parts of the mall still have that "bazaar" feel to it, although they are renovating other parts of it. I think the Friendship Heights area would have been a more understandable location, right along with the Cheesecake Factory, Williams-Sonoma, Borders, and other such retailers that I've been accustomed to seeing around other Apple stores. But hey Mont. Mall is only 5 minutes away so yippee!
