iSweet FireWire Web Camera

Shinza.com and CoolStream today announced the new iSweet FireWire Web Camera, a "unique combination of form and function that combines impressive video performance with a stylish design not seen in other webcams. Despite its tiny three-inch size (it literally fits in the palm of your hand), the iSweet packs a high-resolution Sony 350,000-pixel CCD in its chrome and white acrylic body, delivering 30fps video per second at 640x480 resolution." The iSweet comes with a unique swivel/tilt clip for attaching the camera to the top of your PowerBook or iBook and mini-tripod. It is available for $130.

The camera ships with a small carrying case that holds the iSweet camera, notebook clip, matching FireWire cable, mini-tripod, lens cloth, and a soft drawstring carrying pouch. All of these components fit neatly and tightly inside the specially designed carrying case. It is compatible with iChat AV and can also be used in many other software applications, including
QuickTime Broadcaster, Yahoo Messenger, BTV, iStopMotion, and iVisit.

    thinking the exact same..

..thing. I paid $100 for the iBot so I didn't think the iSight which included a lic and mounting kit was expensive.

    iSweet

Isn't "iSweet" a registered trademark of MacAlly? (It's a USB mouse.)

    $19 ?

so. $19 cheaper than an iSight? Even if it has the mic, I go with Apple at that point. If it doesn't have the mic, what the point in even going with this for such a close price difference?
