    we need

we need cheap a** Macs like Dell does PC's- you know the kind that exploit poor working Chinese and poison the waterways in Singapore. That'll sell more computers. Also- Apple should outsource all Apple Care phone support to India.

    Mikey Boi

Mikey Boi should just pack up and return the share pirce to the stockholders and sell the company. After all, little 'ol irrelavent Apple is coming back strong. Funny how being a 2-bit POS cloner without an originalt thought in his head is biting him in the a$$.

Apple has a hit MP3 Player, which Dull is unsucessfully copying (who buy their POS when $50 more gets you the BEST)?

People are looking for alternatives to Windows, and that's driving them into Apple's arms.

Dell PC's are the lowest quality POS PC boxes there are in the PC realm. They may be #1, but they are $hitboxes.

    Cool for them

They are a productive innovating company. Look at all the great products they keep releasing toghether with state of the art software (and even itunes for windows). Why are all the dells in the world copying them. All the people at APPLE should get a warm applaud from consumers like us who found a great alternative to this virus/security ill operating system we all know.

Hey, if you pay peanuts you`ll get monkeys!

    save some turkeys... peace

    Outsourcing

I know the outsourcing comments are aimed toward support, but for the record, my iPod and Powerbook both have Assembled in Taiwan on the back.

    iPod mostly

people are buying iPods. we are buying powerbooks and dual G5s. but the rest of these 4.5 million are buying iPods. that's great for apple, but unless they evolve the iPod in the next couple months, that will end too.

    Re: what sucks

if that were the case, then Dell would have higher numbers. People are visiting, some are buying - that's a good thing.
