Stupendous Software has released version 1.3 of the effects plugin pack ($25) for iMovie. It has 3 new Extreme Glow effects which allow for intense glows that can flare out portions of the image. The complete plugin pack contains 32 effects for iMovie--five of which are fully functional in the free demo version. Blur effects include simple defocus, extreme defocus, and horizontal and vertical blurs as well as blurs of individual color components and a variety of glow and diffusion effects. It is a free update to registered owners of the Stupendous Bundle ($200).
